Renting through us
No, and nobody else can either: the Renters' Rights Act bans rental bidding outright. Homes are won on readiness and referencing, so have your documents prepared and register your search.
A capped holding deposit while referencing runs, a tenancy deposit capped at five or six weeks' rent by law and protected with The DPS, and only the specific permitted payments published on our tenant fees page.
Viewings usually within a day or two, referencing within a few working days once documents are in, and move-ins commonly within two to four weeks of applying. Speed favours the prepared.
