Sales Negotiator

Guide sellers and buyers through the finest homes in Ascot and the surrounding villages, from first viewing to completion.

We are looking for a warm, organised and genuinely people-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team in Ascot. You will manage viewings, build relationships with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers with care, and help clients through every step of a move. The right person is a confident communicator who listens well, takes pride in accuracy and detail, and enjoys the pace of a busy independent agency. Experience in estate agency is welcome but not essential; the qualities that matter most are attitude, reliability and a real interest in property and people. A full UK driving licence and use of a car are needed for viewings across the area.

Lettings Negotiator

Look after landlords and tenants across our lettings portfolio, matching the right people with the right homes.

Our lettings side is growing and we would love to hear from an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to help it flourish. You will arrange and carry out viewings, guide applicants through referencing, support landlords with compliance, and keep every let running smoothly and to a high standard. You will be well organised, calm under pressure and confident with the paperwork that protects landlords and tenants alike. A working knowledge of current lettings legislation is an advantage, and we will support your training where there are gaps. A full UK driving licence and use of a car are needed for viewings across the area.
